Yisrael Tal

I have written the obituary of Israeli General Yisrael Tal who designed what many considered to be the world's finest battle tank; when first introduced in 1979. I've interviewed Tal in the past for the BBC TV series Israel and the Arabs: The Fifty Years War. The full interview with him is kept at the Liddell Hart Centre, King's College. Here is his obituary:
